Chemical Free Cleaning

I don’t know about you, but I want to make my world as safe for my children as possible. So when I clean my carpets, I never use heavy-duty cleaners. I avoid anything with harsh chemicals and try to clean naturally.
Vacuuming everyday in high-traffic areas will significantly help your carpets stay clean and not require cleaning agents. However, everyone spills something from time to time and mud happens. So, if the carpets do need a good scrubbing, I do them myself with water and vinegar.
If I do need something stronger, there are many “green” cleaners out there that you can use. They are non-toxic, pet friendly, and won’t hurt the environment to throw away. These cleaners should be more widely used, yet most people simply don’t seem to care about what their spray cleaners are doing to the environment.
Chemical free carpet cleaning is important to the environment and our health. Breathing in chemicals cannot possible be good for us, can it? Chemical free cleaning is just one way that I prevent my children from inheriting a world that is falling apart.
